Election of 2010 Officers

Election of officers for terms beginning in 2010 will be held via electronic voting again this year. MAS members whose annual dues are current for 2009 will receive an e-mail from on or about November 1, 2009. Please be sure that you have received this e-mail: it will provide you with a login, password, and simple instructions for easy voting. During a test run of electronic voting, Council members found that some spam filters will direct this e-mail into the "spam", "junk", or equivalent folder. In order to minimize the chances of members missing this e-mail, Membership Services Chair Dan Kremser will send out a "heads up" e-mail the day before.

A paper ballot will be sent to members without a current e-mail address. If you would prefer to vote by traditional paper ballot, please contact Dan Kremser by October 29, and a paper ballot will be sent to you by the U.S. postal service. 


2010 Dues Renewal

November 1, 2009 - January 1, 2010

Annual dues renewal will take place through the end of the calendar year. During this month, the $5 discount for timely dues renewal will be reflected in the on-line dues renewal site. An e-mail reminder will be sent in mid November with renewal and dues payment information.
