TC MAS Liaison Roles

This folder contains descriptions of the roles of MAS Standing Committee Liaisons in TC planning and production.

Page MAS Council - TC Liaison Role
Every approved MAS TC must have an MAS Council Liaison who is a Director of the Society. The Council Liaison roles include: monitoring TC planning and production to ensure the process stays on track; acting as an intermediary between the TC Organizers and the MAS Standing Committee Liaisons; acting as the primary point-of-contact for the TC Organizers with MAS Council; and championing the TC within MAS Council. The MAS Council Liaison may be a member of the TC Organizing Committee.
Page MAS Treasurer - TC Liaison Role
The MAS Treasurer is charged with acting as a liaison with the designated Point-of-Contact (or Treasurer) on the organizing committee of approved MAS TCs.
Page Sustaining Members - TC Liaison Role
The MAS Sustaining Member Committee is charged with acting as a liaison with the organizers of approved MAS TCs as regards TC sponsorship issues.
Page Computer Activities - TC Liaison Role
The MAS Computer Activities Committee is charged with acting as a liaison with the organizers of approved MAS TCs as regards the TC web site and associated electronic capabilities.
